Chargebacks / Disputes Any attempt to chargeback or dispute will automatically result in removal of your subscription(s). These will not be reinstated under any circumstance. You will also be blacklisted from ever using Critical again. If you have a issue please contact support directly.

Refund Policy Refunds are offered within 2 hours of your purchase (not activation) before 2 hours we request you contact the @Critical#6666 owner which can be found in ALL Critical discords. The bot is located at the top of the user list. Refunds are only offered to first time buyers of Critical.

Feature Policy Critical features may or may not be listed. When buying there should be 0 expectation of fully functioning features based on images and or lists provided. As time goes by things update and get patched which we can no longer support. There should be 0 expectation of features when buying.

Down Time Critical will freeze subscriptions when something becomes detected and or there is a update rendering your program useless. Down time will automatically be applied when it is back online. Join Critical server to keep updated with all the latest information.
